Instructions
Place the cucumber and the lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
Muddle to break up and crush the cucumber.
Add vodka, simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur.
Fill the shaker halfway with ice cubes.
Cover and shake well.
Double strain into a coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a peel of cucumber.
