either fresh or frozen/thawed

lime juice

Instructions
Combine the mango, mint leaves, and lime juice in a tall glass.
⅓ cup ripe mango chunks,
4-6 fresh mint leaves,
1 oz lime juice
Muddle until the mango is broken down.
Add simple syrup and rum. Stir well.

2 oz white rum
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Top with club soda or sparkling water.
Club soda
Garnish with a lime slice or lime wedge.
Lime slices and mint sprigs
Place a large sprig of mint in the palm of your hand and clap the other hand over it to release the fragrance in it. Add this into your drink.
Stir gently, sip and enjoy!
Notes
To make it a mocktail, omit the rum and increase the simple syrup to 1.5 ounces.
