Combining sweet pineapple juice, zesty lime, and refreshing ginger beer, this festive drink is beautifully garnished with edible gold glitter and rainbow candy. Ingredients
- 2 oz Pineapple juice, 100% juice
- 1.5 oz Orange juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 1.5 oz Ginger beer
- ⅛ teaspoon Edible gold glitter, garnish, optional
- 1 piece Airheads Rainbow candy, garnish, optional
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice, combine pineapple juice, orange juice, simple syrup, lime juice, and edible glitter.2 oz Pineapple juice, 1.5 oz Orange juice, 1 oz Simple syrup, 0.5 oz Lime juice, ⅛ teaspoon Edible gold glitter
- Cover and shake well.
- Strain into a coupe glass or martini glass.
