Instructions
Place pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2 oz pomegranate juice,
1 oz orange juice,
0.5 oz lime juice,
0.5 oz simple syrup
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with chilled ginger beer and sparkling water.
2 oz ginger beer,
1 oz club soda
Garnish with fresh mint leaves, an orange slice, pomegranate arils, and/or a lime wedge.
