How to Make Homemade Tortilla Chips
Slice 20-30 corn tortillas into 6 wedges per tortilla.
Heat several inches of canola oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes Testing to see if it’s ready by frying 1 piece of tortilla.
Fry 8-10 pieces of tortilla at a time for 30 seconds per side.
Drain hot chips on a drying rack placed over paper towel. Sprinkle with salt.
