Chili Rubbed Baked Chicken Wings

What you need: Chili powder, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Oregano, Paprika, Salt, Cayenne pepper (optional), Vegetable oil, Chicken wings (fresh or frozen)

In a small bowl, combine chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.

Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Drizzle wings with oil and toss to coat. Sprinkle spice mixture over wings. Toss well to coat.

Spread the wings out in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Flip wings over. Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the wing reads 170 degrees.
