What’s in Slow Cooker Country Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients for country style pork ribs in the crock pot.
  • Country style pork ribs – Choose bone in or de-boned cuts of pork.
  • Garlic powder and Onion powder – My two favorite spices for any savory dish. These add lots of flavor and are likely already in your pantry.
  • Salt and Pepper – A little goes a long way with adding salt to food, so while their is a suggested amount in this recipe feel free to adjust it to taste.

3 Ways to Serve Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Pork Gnocchi

Pan fry frozen gnocchi in 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until browned. Add 2 cups of roasted tomato sauce (or 1 jar of store-bought vodka sauce), 1 cup of (thawed) frozen peas, and 1 cup cooked pork. Cook for 5-10 minutes until everything is heated through. If sauce thickens too much for your liking, stir in water – 1 tablespoon at a time – until desired consistency is reached.
