Recipe: Holiday Spice Martini

Sharing is caring!

Warm spices – without a hint of pumpkin – make this Holiday Spice martini the perfect drink to sip throughout the Holiday Season.

Makes 1 cocktail

1 oz vodka
1 oz Rumchata
1/2 oz brandy
1 oz half and half or whole milk*
1/2 oz cinnamon syrup**
3 dashes Orleans bitters
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sugar
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Prepare your coupe or martini glass:
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish. Wet rim of glass with water or a little half and half. Carefully dip the rim in the cinnamon sugar mixture until the rim is coated. Set glass aside.

Make your drink:
Combine Rumchata, vodka, brandy, half and half, cinnamon syrup, and Orleans bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake it up!

Strain into prepared glass.

Add sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon on top.

*You can use a lower fat milk. It will just reduce the creaminess.
