Warm spices – without a hint of pumpkin – make this Holiday Spice martini the perfect drink to sip throughout the Holiday Season.
Makes 1 cocktail
1 oz vodka
1 oz Rumchata
1/2 oz brandy
1 oz half and half or whole milk
1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
3 dashes Orleans bitters
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sugar
Ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Prepare your coupe or martini glass:
Combine cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish.
Wet rim of glass with water or a little half and half.
Carefully dip the rim in the cinnamon sugar mixture until the rim is coated.
Set glass aside.
Make your cocktail:
Combine Rumchata, vodka, brandy, half and half, cinnamon syrup, and Orleans bitters in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake it up!
Strain into your prepared glass.
Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon on top.

Tips for Holiday Spice Martini
- You can use a lower fat milk, but it will reduce the creaminess.

- If you don’t have Orleans bitters, substitute aromatic bitters or leave out the bitters entirely.
