The perfect summer drink, a peach raspberry vodka martini is easy to mix up and a delicious cocktail for your back porch happy hour.

This peach martini recipe is full of fresh fruit flavor, thanks to homemade peach simple syrup and fresh raspberries. A delicious summer cocktail for peach season, we're leaving out the lemon juice and orange juice found in traditional peach cocktails and swapping them for bright lime juice and summer fruits like fresh raspberries.
Vodka martinis have become simply mixed drinks made with vodka, and with all the flavored vodkas on the market, the combinations are endless. Peach vodka isn't always easy to find, so for this recipe we're using the more popular raspberry vodka. You might even have a bottle of it already in your home bar!
Ingredients
- Raspberry vodka - Use your favorite raspberry vodka. I love Absout Raspberri for its fresh - not candy like - fruit flavor. Stoli Razberi is also a fresh tasting choice. If you don’t have raspberry vodka on hand, you can use plain vodka. If you decide to go this route, increase the amount of fresh raspberries in your cocktail to at least 6 berries to dial up the raspberry flavor.
- Peach schnapps or peach liqueur - Peachtree is one of the most popular and widely available brands of peach schnapps in the U.S. I use Peachtree in my recipe, but feel free to use your favorite peach schnapps here.
- Peach syrup - I love making my own peach simple syrup during summer peach syrup because it's about 1000% better than anything in stores and takes about 10 minutes to make.
- Peach bitters - If you don’t have peach bitters on hand, just leave them out. Peach bitters enhance this drink, but it’s also delicious without them.
- Fresh lime - Skip the bottled juice, and take the time to squeeze a fresh lime for this drink. Depending on its size, you’ll likely need the juice from ½ of a lime for this recipe.
- Fresh raspberries - In Michigan, fresh raspberries get super expensive when they’re not in season. Swap the fresh berries for thawed, frozen berries to enjoy this drink any time of the year.
How to Make a Peach Raspberry Vodka Martini
Muddle raspberries and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
Add raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, peach syrup, and peach bitters.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Double strain into a coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and/or a slice of peach. Enjoy!
Tip: Make Your Peach Syrup Ahead of Time
Homemade peach syrup is needed for this recipe, but be sure to make it at least a few hours ahead of time. The syrup will need time to chill completely before you use it. Using hot or even warm syrup in your drink will lead to the ice melting too fast in the cocktail shaker, watering down your cocktail.
